Teodora is a certified and trauma-informed teacher in Hatha, Yin Yoga and Self-Inquiry meditation. Her experience with Yoga started 12 years ago when she discovered the physical benefits of Hatha Yoga, which made her want to go deeper into exploring also from an energetic and spiritual viewpoint. Later on, she developed my own teaching practice with students and young professionals in both Sweden and Portugal and the journey has been developing since then.

Nomad Girls Club was created as a safe, welcoming space for women to connect, make friends, and feel at home in Lisbon - no matter where they’re from or what stage of life they’re in. 

1. Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Most girls come alone, and that’s exactly why NGC exists. You’ll be welcomed from the moment you arrive.

2. I’m new / introverted / shy — is this for me?
Yes Our events are designed to feel cozy, not overwhelming. There’s no pressure to be “on” or to talk nonstop—connections happen naturally.

3. Do I need to know anyone beforehand?
Not at all. Many attendees are meeting for the first time, and the space is curated to make that feel easy and natural. However, the more that you come to our events, the more people you will meet again!

4. What’s the age range?
NGC events are open to women of different ages, backgrounds, and experiences. What connects us is the desire for genuine connection.
