Together we’ll step away from the constant noise of our minds and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within our bodies becoming a little more present, a little more aware, and a little more in tune with ourselves.

Not at all. Many attendees are meeting for the first time, and the space is curated to make that feel easy and natural. However, the more that you come to our events, the more people you will meet again!
