Let’s end the day in the most beautiful way — with a Girls Sunset Social Walk & Journaling along the stunning Cascais coast!
We’ll meet near Casa da Guia, follow the scenic path through the dunes of Cresmina, and make our way to Praia do Guincho just in time for a breathtaking sunset. Along the way, we’ll pause for a short mindful moment to slow down and connect with the present.
Once we reach Guincho, we’ll settle down on the sand for snacks and guided journaling — a few simple prompts to help you reflect on your day, set intentions, and share meaningful conversation with other women in the group.
This is your chance to step away from the rush, breathe in the fresh ocean air, and enjoy a mindful evening with new friends!
