Join us for a nourishing morning of movement and reflection.
As we welcome the new season, this session will help you consciously connect your mind and body through dynamic pilates movements, followed by a cosy moment of journaling and self-reflection.
What to expect:

A full-body mat pilates workout with dynamic movements to strengthen abs, legs, glutes, and core (1h)

Guided breathwork to help you become more present and in tune with your body

A reflective journaling session with prompts designed around the energy of the autumn season

A cosy break with fresh snacks to nourish and ground yourself

- A guided mat pilates practice (suitable for all levels)
- Journaling prompts and time for personal reflection
- Light snacks to enjoy after the session
About the host/teacher
Pilar is a 300 hours certified vinyasa yoga, mat pilates and barre teacher, trained with koya webb and teaching in yoga retreats, events and personal training in france and switzerland, she believes you don’t need a fancy pilates studio, equipment or expensive gym memberships to get the right movements in , all you need is your mat , the right mindset and consistency! She will also share some exercises you can take with you to do daily that can make an impact physically and mentally
