HIKE CABO DA ROCA TO URSA BEACH
- In honor of World Mental Health Day

At Nomad Girls Club, we believe that the most powerful medicine for the mind is found in two simple things: real connection and the healing embrace of nature.

Join us for a rejuvenating hike along one of Portugal’s most breathtaking coastal trails — from the dramatic cliffs of Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of Europe, to the hidden gem of Ursa Beach.

This mindful journey is more than just a hike; it’s a chance to walk side by side, share conversations, and remind ourselves that we’re not meant to do life alone.

● 9AM - Meet us at 9AM Cascais Station & We will take the bus at 9h15AM together to Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of Europe.

● 9h45- 10AM - From there, we’ll hike along the breathtaking trail down to Praia da Ursa, one of the most magical and wild beaches in Portugal.

● 12h30PM - Return to Cabo da Roca

● Ending Point: Praia da Ursa (round trip back to Cabo da Roca)

● Trail Distance: approx. 1.5 – 2 km each way Along the way, there will be plenty of space for connection, sharing stories, and enjoying the power of walking and talking together.
